Payment Terms and Sales Tax

The buyer agrees, this merchandise is sold and shipped on the representation of the buyer that the merchandise will be used strictly in accordance with all applicable laws of the state, county, city, or other municipality of the destination. The buyer is responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses, state or local, which are required for the possession, transportation, storage, sale, or use of fireworks in the buyer’s state, county, city, or another municipality.

This merchandise is sold on the condition that the seller (R and M Enterprises, Inc.) and all its agents shall not be liable in any civil action for any accident, injury, incident, or any losses of any kind occasioned during the transportation, handling, possession, sale, storage, or use of the merchandise.

• All freight is FOB Readstown warehouse unless otherwise agreed to in writing. "Shipping Terms"
• Buyer is responsible for all freight charges.
• Purchase in whole case quantiles only.
• Minimum Purchase of $1,500.00 per order.
• All Orders Subject to WI Sales Tax if applicable. (See Basic Sale Tax Guide Below)
• We do not take online Payment. All orders will be finalized by phone, fax, or email.
• All product, freight, or other services must be paid in full before shipping.
• We except wire, cash, money order, cashier’s check or cleared business check. We do not take credit cards or ach payments.
• You may be required to provide documentation pertaining to sales tax, permits or other documentation to assist in servicing my account.

Basic Wisconsin Sales Tax Guidlines

• If order is shipped to a Wisconsin Address.
  • Wisconsin Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer has a Wisconsin Exempt Certifacte on file with us.
  • NO Exception
• If Order is Shipped to an Out of State Address
  • No Wisconsin Sales Tax will be charges
• If an order, destined for out of state sale or use is picked up at our warehouse. 
  • Wisconsin Sales Tax will be charges unless the buyer has a Wiscsin Exempt Certifacate on file with us.
  • NO Exceptions
• These sales tax guidelines are not a complete list of guidles. All sales will be subject the applicaple sales tax.
