Retail Purchase Terms

• All items sold by the manufacture case unless otherwise noted.
• No breaking of cases unless otherwise specified.
• Minimum order of $250.00, excluding freight required. See Retail Shipping Terms for more information.
• Availability of product is subject to change without notice.
• Images shown are provided to make a fair representation of item. Item packaging may vary from the image.
• All item detail information is represented as true but not guaranteed as correct.
• All buyers must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required.
• The buyer is responsible for compliance with all local, state and federal laws. You may be required to sign or agree to a waiver of compliance.
• This merchandise is sold and shipped on the representation of the buyer that the merchandise will be used in accordance with the laws of the state, city, and county of destination.
• This merchandise is sold upon the condition that the seller shall not be held liable in any civil action for any accident or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage or use of the merchandise. An agreement of these terms may be required before shipping of merchandise.
• Order cannot be canceled after freight company picks up order.
• All Sales Final. No refunds or returns accepted.
